Payment & Reservation

A reservation is not confirmed until a 25% retainer ($50 minimum, nonrefundable, applied to your balance) is received and your event details are approved. Final payment is due 48 hours before delivery; bookings within 48 hours require full payment upfront.

Rental Length & Extensions

Standard rentals include up to 8 event hours, with delivery and pickup windows assigned by route. Overnight add-ons run about $40–$75; an additional full day is 50% of the original rental price. Overnight rentals require approval.

Cancellation & Weather

7+ days out, payments above the retainer may be refunded. 3–6 days out, they may convert to business credit. Under 72 hours, no refund or credit except for approved weather/safety cancellations, which may transfer once to another date within 90 days.

Setup Requirements

Please have a clean, level, safe setup area (grass preferred; concrete, turf, or other surfaces need approval), accessible entry, and a dedicated working outlet. Let us know about gates, stairs, slopes, or access limits when booking.

Cleaning & Damage

Normal cleaning is included. An excessive cleaning fee starting at $50 may apply for food inside inflatables, gum, paint, confetti, glitter, silly string, pet waste, mud, or similar. Customers are responsible for damage from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

How do I check availability or book?
Submit a request through our quote form below. We'll review availability, delivery distance, and setup details, then respond by email with your next steps and quote. All requests remain subject to availability and approval — we don't offer instant booking.
How much is the retainer?
A 25% retainer (minimum $50) is required to reserve your date. It's nonrefundable but applies toward your final balance. Your date isn't confirmed until the retainer is received and your event details are approved.
When is the final balance due?
Final payment is due 48 hours before delivery. Bookings made within 48 hours of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

What's the difference between the Crystal Bubble Balloon House and the Bubble Machine?
The Crystal Bubble Balloon House is our clear inflatable balloon house guests can enter for photos. The Bubble Machine is a separate small machine that produces soap bubbles for outdoor play. They're two different rentals.
What happens if it rains?
Safety comes first. Unsafe wind, lightning, heavy rain, flooding, storms, or unsafe ground conditions may require us to delay, reschedule, or cancel. An approved weather credit can be transferred once to another available date within 90 days.
Do you set up on concrete or indoors?
Grass is our standard preferred surface. Concrete, indoor floors, artificial turf, gravel, and other hard surfaces require special approval — let us know your setup surface when requesting a quote.
Can I customize a package?
Yes — mix bounce houses, the Crystal Bubble House, Soccer Dart Challenge, tables, chairs, linens, chargers, cutlery, the bubble machine, and easels into your own combination. Just tell us your vision in the quote form.
